Students are invited to flow through thoughtful sequences, breathwork and mindfulness, while being supported with precise cueing, demonstration and modifications.
Mary Lou believes movement and mindfulness can help transform your mental and physical health from the inside out. Yoga has given her the gifts of mental clarity, strength and overall well-being to thrive. She is devoted to sharing her practice and empowering people on their wellness journey.
All classes are influenced by her holistic health, Ayurveda and yoga philosophy studies.
